I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Harriet as our agent. Our situation had some complicated issues that I had absolutely no idea how to deal with. Harriet went above and beyond in getting information we needed and guiding us through the process of selling our family business of 43 years. She is knowledgeable, professional,and gets things done. In addition, she is one of the hardest working people I have ever known. Lastly, but by all means not least, Harriet is patient, kind, and compassionate during what can be a difficult time.

Buying a house in the middle of a pandemic was a long and daunting process, but I am so thankful that we had Harriet by our side. Choosing Harriet to be our realtor was by far the BEST decision we could have ever made. Harriet took the time to listen to our needs and wants, answer our numerous questions, taught us what to look for, pointed out items that we missed, and even came up with questions to ask the selling agents to ensure we were getting a house that would fit our needs. She went above and beyond our expectations, exceeding it in every possible way. Harriet took the time to not only make it easier for us overall, but also made sure that all the paperwork required for our offers were in by the deadlines given. Harriet's extended knowledge on real estate and her dedication to her clients is admirable. She is knowledgeable, professional, and patient. She made the daunting process in a pandemic easy for us. She responded quickly to all of our inquiries, gathered information we requested, and made sure to provide us with everything needed to make informed decisions. We happened upon Harriet at an open house and were immediately impressed. She put up with showing us a bunch of places which turned out to completely inappropriate as we learned the area. The market proved a little different than what we were used to. Finally she told us about a house she heard was coming on the market which turned out to be the right one! During the process her recommendations for lenders, attorneys, inspectors and contractors were all excellent choices. And all this happened as we were going into the pandemic. As a first time homebuyer, in the middle of a pandemic, buying a house was scary. But the easiest decision we made was asking Harriet to be our realtor. She took the time to listen to our needs and wants, encouraged us to look at as many houses as we could to really learn what we wanted and didn't want. She answered our numerous questions, taught us what to look for and pointed out things we missed. Her extended knowledge on real-estate and constantly being ontop of all the scary paper work and negotiations made us feel comfortable and so confident in buying a home. Harriet assisted me in selling my home in Greenfield when I was relocating to Indiana. She had a buyer for the home within two days of the house going on the market. She went above and beyond in everything she did to make it easier on me when I was getting ready to move from finding someone to haul junk to the transfer Station to working out all the large and small details that cropped up with the purchaser and her agent. Harriet even looked after my cats while I was in Indiana searching for a home. She has an A+ from me because her main concern was me as a client. I have worked with other agents in the past and they were more interested in the purchaser than me as the seller. Thank you Harriet!!

I feel very fortunate that, by chance, Harriet was appointed to assist me with an estate sale. I had no one to help me but Harriet. She made an overwhelming situation,for me, go smoothly . So many little details were handled flawlessly . She has always gone above and beyond what I could ever consider. I happily endorse Harriet Paine. She's an asset to her community, company, and clients with her conscientious dedication to all of them. If what you are looking for is out there and fits your needs, Harriet will find it. The condo I am now in took some savvy and quick reaction to the market on her part to land it for me, and I couldn't be happier. She did a lot of work behind the scene, contacting lawyers, inspectors, mortgage company, realtors, HOA officials and a lot more to get information to me that I asked for, and even lots of information I didn't know to ask for. She'll be spot-on for you and, besides, she has a great sense of humor.

Harriet's done a great job for me -- twice, and back to back. Both times she handled a lot of the logistics I wasn't able to, being an out-of-towner, and thanks to her it was a surprisingly non-stressful experience both times, and we were happy with what we got and the price we got it at.

This realtor is hands down the best in the region! Very knowledgeable, thorough with excellent attention to detail, resourceful, well networked in the area and most of all...hard working. She worked endless hours to make this home a reality for me and my family. Without Harriet, I couldn't have completed this out of state home purchase on a fixer upper. Six stars!
